At a height of around 9,500ft, you and your instructor will exit the plane and begin freefalling. You'll reach speeds of up to 200kph, before the parachute is released - bringing your decent to a gentler pace. The minimum age to skydive in South Africa is 12. Under 18's must obtain parental consent.
Tandem skydives have a standard weight limit of 100kg.

The plane ride takes around 20 minutes, then there's 45 seconds of freefall and approximately 5 minutes of parachuting.

You can bring as many spectators as you like. However, pets are not allowed on-site.
All equipment and training will be provided by the airfield.
Jumpers should wear weather appropriate clothing and closed, flat-soled shoes.
Glasses are fine as all skydivers will be required to wear goggles.
Tandem skydiving is a highly weather dependent activity, so please ensure you're contactable on the day of your jump.
If a cancellation occurs, the experience will be rescheduled for another date.
